Job Description:-
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized institution along with valid registration as Engineer with PEC.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of civil engineering drawings and designs & visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc. Should have knowledge of civil works, construction ability and project monitoring.
• The candidate must have excellent communication, report writing skills and should be a computer literate having command over MS Office products.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of working preferable in Oil & Gas sector. The candidate must have experience of reviewing progress and preparing reports of civil works.
Responsibilities:
• The candidate would be supervising and inspecting civil works as per contractual conditions, drawings, applicable codes and standards and would also be reviewing progress and preparing detailed project status reports.
• The candidate would also be responsible for cost estimation, preparing and studying soil survey reports, ensuring safety standards of construction work and HSE compliance, etc.
• Preparation of TORs, BOQ’s and Construction Drawings for civil works and construction projects
• Monitor functioning of contractors / vendors to ensure on time completion of Construction and Repair Maintenance Projects
• Ensure active execution of civil works in coordination with Architects, Design Consultants and Contractors.
• The candidate should be well versed with surveying knowledge, construction projects and should have experience of supervising projects.
• The candidate should have knowledge of SAP for raising SR & PR, etc. Especially MM and PS Modules.
• Regular Inspection and technical evaluation of various materials being used by contractors and vendors for construction and infrastructure projects and civil R&M works
• Compilation of Project Updates, Progress Reports pertaining to various Civil Projects.
