Key Responsibilities:

· Provide secretarial and administrative services to the relevant heads of departments.
· Schedule inductions for the Executive Management Team and the General Manager of Human Resources.
· Work closely with the recruitment team in preparing and organising induction plans for new joiners of the Corporate function.
· Coordinate and promote relevant events, conferences and seminars for the General Manager of Human Resources.
