Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Responsible to ensure the quality & legal compliance of finished goods as well as manufacturing sites by developing & updating strong systems, based on national & international guidelines.
- Read and comprehend legal laws and standards such as national, PSQCA, provincial laws of PFA, KPK, Sindh food Authority, which are applied on products’ specification, nutritional value, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, sales and distribution.
- Develop understanding of internal laws for export; Receives instructions and legalities of export products from export department; Verifies export products to ensure that production practice is adhered with export requirements and legalities.
- Coordinate with R&D in defining material specification in light of material’s origin, purpose, testing parameters, and applied laws/regulations.
- Liaison with all departments to ensure adherence of practices with ISO standards, PSQCA license, and HALAL certification.
- Engage with suppliers to train them on quality parameters, standards and product specifications.
- Confirm modifications in products related practices are compliant with laws/regulations/protocols.
- Ensure product manufacturing practices are compliant with quality and hygiene standards of food authorities as well as company’s protocols.
- Liaison with internal departments to ensure placement of display of control measures and instructions on matters such as hygiene, waste management, and equipment cleanliness in field; Conducts surprise audit of field to verify accurate and complete placement of instruction/measures displays.
- Manage centralized record room by keeping master copies of all documents from each department, periodic updating, addition & retrieval of documents as per updated certification versions or updated company practices.
- Review departmental documents on a periodic basis; Ensures system compliance & trains new inductees on company`s certifications.
- Share requirements of stock traceability and mock recall with management and seeks approval on the same; Sends emails with details of manufacturing and batch code of stock to relevant departments such as production, QA, QC, microbiology, procurement, stores, marketing, and sales in order to trace stock.
- Checks effectiveness of system through traceability and mock recall, consolidates stock traceability report and shares with management.
