Job Description:
* End-to-end recruitment
* Hands on experience in bulk hiring also
* HR operations
* Coordination with HODs for hiring
* Coordination with the HR team in head office
* Maintaining the attendance and leave records
* Maintaining the joiners/leavers for payroll
* Facilitating the onboarding of employees
* Facilitating the offboarding of employees
Mandatory Skills and Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
* Energetic with a can-do attitude.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Top-notch knowledge of business administration and human resources management.
* Being a good judge of character and maintaining good relations with the HR team.
* Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs
* Ability to create customized reports highlighting hiring trends in the industry, employee turnover rates, and other critical data.
