ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Senior Maintenance Officer (Mechanical) for our Soda Ash Business based at our Khewra Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Compliance with HSE&S procedures and skill improvement plan in powerhouse maintenance.
· Ensure equipment availability to meet the production targets.
· Effective utilisation of maintenance teams and resources.
· Formation and execution of maintenance regimes and root cause failure analysis.
· Maintain spares inventory for critical machines (Pumps, Gears, Turbines and Compressors) to meet targeted equipment availability.
· Effective utilisation of Capex and CRE (Revenue expenditure, Inventory & Manpower Overtime).
· Execution of improvement projects.
Skills:
· Sound knowledge and expertise in routine maintenance & overhauling of rotary equipment including multistage centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and steam turbines.
· Multitasking and able to manage various teams at a time
· Basic computer skills like Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook etc.
· Sound knowledge of engineering standards and codes
