WE’RE HIRING TEAM LEAD CLAIMS
Qualification, Experience and Skills:-
- Minimum B.E/MBA from HEC recognized University and preferably ACII qualified
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hard-core operations in all classes of General Insurance Company
- Ensure that claim settlement procedures are compliant to Regulator’s instructions and according to Company’s SOPs and policies
- Good Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and ability to handle and analyze large data
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of integrity and aptitude for excellence
