Position: Sr. Officer Onboarding
Qualification: Bachelors. Masters will be a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of the onboarding framework in accordance to the operational requirements of the new joiners with the following tasks:
- Represent onboarding team to welcome new joiners at KE and creating a memorable experience for the candidate.
- Liaison with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the completion of cases that are being on Success Factors.
- Operate SuccessFactors 2.0 module and mange technical system requirements of all the onboardings.
- Prepare physical file, scan, upload at XECM and handover to records team without compromising on timelines and quality.
- Closely coordinate with candidate and Stakeholders (IT, Healthcare, Security) pertaining to business requirements.
- Work closely with internal team within People Services team to synergize and demonstrate work ethic behaviors.
- Adopt a flexible, cooperative, open to work with positive mindset and approach
