Business Activities:
Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible to:
• Achieve target as set by the respective supervisor/ Management Introduce Bank’s products and services to target population.
• Retain existing customers and build up relationship with new customers.
• Introduce new products and services to the customers.
• Identify customers’ needs and propose new products/services to the Management.
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding services as per the defined customer service standards criteria.
Loan Activities
Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible to:
• Review credit history of customers.
• Complete all respective documents of the customer as per the defined criteria.
• Conduct loan appraisals and collect information (personal, business, guaranties) of the respective prospective/existing customers by visiting their and guarantors household/business premises.
• Submit loan request for approval to the competent authority.
• Execute loan disbursement in coordination with BM and AAO.
• Monitor loan portfolio and ensure timely repayments received from the customers.
• Plan recovery actions as per procedures defined by the Marketing and Business Development Department.
Administrative Activities
Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible to:
• Maintain complete documentation of each customer.
• Adhere to all internal procedures and policies.

• Prepare weekly plan of his/her visits to the customers.
• Highlight all job related issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Prepare respective reports and timely submission to the supervisor.
