We are seeking applications for the position of Branch Relationship Manager. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably, Masters or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the branch effectively to ensure the achievement of asset product sale and profitability objectives in accordance with policies and SBP regulations.
- Serve the customers within target market in an exemplary manner, manage staff performance and development.
- Identify potential asset customers and ensure business growth to achieve the assigned asset product sales targets.
- Guide & monitor Relationship Officers in achieving sales targets, and cross-selling of other products and services, especially liability products.
- Achieve assigned targets of all products and services via regular sales and cross-selling.
- Portfolio performance review and proactive collection perusal ensuring key portfolio and collection indicators (CCR, PAR and W/Off) are within the assigned benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance in sales & Portfolio Management, service, and delivery to customers as per Sharia standard.
- Ensure effective and standardized internal control, and report as per internal policies, Sharia guidelines, instructions, Fatawas and SGF.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
