Position Purpose
Provide HR support to all employees at works. Compliance of labour laws and grievances management at plant.
Job Description
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees. Maintain strong coordination with Head Office HR team for the implementation of HR policies at plant.
- Update and verify employees data related to leavers, joiners and active employees, in order to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Head office on weekly/monthly basis.
- Coordinate with OD team for proper implementation of annual performance review and mid-year review, employee engagement activities, wellness activities etc.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Update job descriptions with close coordination with Plant GM and Line Managers.
- Provide support in hiring & selection process, onboarding, and orientation training.
- Process resignations and clearance process from all departments.
- Supervise time office and maintain attendance system and duty rosters. Liaison with departments for overtime data, prepare overtime reports and analysis on monthly basis.
- Liaison with relevant departments/Govt. officials for compliance and resolution of all matter related to EOBI, Social Security, and Worker welfare etc. Process EOBI pension cases in coordination with Head office team.
- Coordinate and conduct health policy awareness sessions at plant.
- Coordinate quarterly sessions on Social Security benefits and procedures.
- Organize sport activities, and inter-department recreational activities.
- Update Hygiene cards on quarterly basis as per law.
Specific Requirements
- Knowledge of Labour laws.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. interpersonal skills.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy and the administrative practices.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and SAP.
