Position: Assistant Manager HR
What your typical day will look like
- Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy; liaise with recruiting partners, create and publish job ads, screen job applications, plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes and lead onboarding activities
- Develop and manage employer branding activities including recruiting marketing channel development and digital and non-digital employment marketing
- Analyze current recruitment channels, stay abreast of new sourcing techniques and recommend effective solutions
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Organize job fairs/career events/recruitment drives to establish a strong employer brand
- Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping of employee information in digital format
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and propose solutions
- Measure employee satisfaction and turnover rates and recommend strategies to improve employee retention
- Keep track of recruitment metrics, SLAs and identify areas of improvement
What you need to succeed at this role
- BBA/MBA in HRM or relevant field with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and identify candidates’ skill sets and potential and have track records of recruiting results
- Outstanding knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques
- Detail oriented, creative and resourceful
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have passion for people, truly care about candidates and their careers and have empathy
