Overall Description:
The employee will be looking after, overseeing, and directing all external and internal communication needs of the company, while working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders for internal communications, and Engro Corp for External Communications.
Job Description
• Strategize internal communication plans and events to gain maximum ownership and positive brand perception.
• Develop and execute annual communication plan based on company’s objective/narrative for the year with defined outcomes and KPIs.
• Consistently work on improving reach on workplace (digital employee engagement)- aiming for regular employee usage on the portal and positive post reach.
• Responsible for collaborating with Corp for all content generation for external projection of the company for central social media handles, external events etc.
• Actively oversee external creative agencies for planning and executing events and digital campaigns with creative tools required as per business initiatives.
• Strategize CEO communication plan in terms of engagement with employees. Moreover, build a PR plan for the CEO with the PR team at Engro Corp, ensuring coverage on relevant platforms.
• Direct and overlook all text-based content generation material.
• Work on DEI communication particularly in the increasing DEI environment in line with Engro’s plans.
• Oversee the internal communication work of the comms department in collaboration with all stakeholders for their communication and marketing needs, according to business priorities.
• Leveraging new means of marketing content to establish a separate brand image for EPCL through compelling narratives on Engro’s external social media platforms.
• Ensure and oversee compliance with Engro brand guidelines throughout the organization in internal digital communication as well as printed branding material place throughout the offices and plant sites.
• Oversee the work with external creative agencies and the media to ensure efficient completion of projects, overlook the process and direct them according to the demand of the projects.
• Rigorously work towards adapting the new normal and shift engagement activities, CSR, and in-person events to virtual initiatives – aiming agility and sustainability as the long-term goal.
