We are looking for "Head Learning & OD - South" for our Karachi Office.
Brief JD is as follows:
1. To strategize learning efforts as well as relevant annual financial budgets for materialization of the objectives set.
2. To conduct Annual Training and Development Needs Assessments.
3. To liaise with internal function(s) for collaborative efforts on learning & development initiatives.
4. To have in place a detailed, customized (as per each business / support segment need) Training Calendar.
5. To manage the end-to-end process of development and periodic review of all training modules/ programs (internal / external) in order to ensure their alignment with business requirements and or desired development plan.
6. To ensure that the contents of training modules / orientation programs are tested for reliability and are validated to ensure quality as per business requirements.
7. To administrate, oversee operations of the learning center – South while ensure the learning needs are met as per the objectives set.
8. To ensure to have latest training tools & techniques, policies, processes and procedures in place for optimization of resources.
9. To ensure having a motivated team at all times whilst ensuring their development for growth and future progression at all levels of the function. 11. Administers spending against the departmental Learning Budget.
