HBL is looking to hire a Head SME and Commercial in Islamic Banking Function, Karachi who will be responsible for implementing plans to achieve growth and customer satisfaction targets for SME business comprising of lending and trade products.
Job Details:
• Build the SME portfolio of the bank through both NTBs and collaborative marketing with Retail Banking
• Implement plans for asset growth & overall achievement of target assigned by Head Asset Business.
• Keep effective liaison with SBP, internal and Sharia Audit Team to ensure maintenance of acceptable Audit rating.
• Ensure that all service quality targets for Islamic Banking are met with to develop a service oriented culture
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 15+ years’ relevant experience.
